Project one
This consulting project required that we perform a study of "peak period" online response time and analyze the record of frequency and duration of down time. This was a critical "service level" concern due to the large number of hospitals doing online queries at any given time. The study report included the creation and procedure for the implementation of a tracking methodology which the client installed as a full-time function of the IS support team.
