Project one
We managed the development of a target cost system for International Truck. The system provided the user with an online methodology for costing an order through several variable manufacturing alternatives prior to scheduling the order for production. Tasking included project scheduling, interface with the client design team, creation of test databases, technical support, and program development.
Project two
Consulting to the International IS group, we detail designed the fleet sales management system. The system managed and reported on all phases of an order, production, and delivery of trucks sold on a fleet basis. Specific tasking involved writing standards for detailed specifications of online modules in a top down structured environment and implementing the use of those standards during the design and through approval in design review meetings.
