As consultants to IS management, Awesome staff, subcontracting from Price Waterhouse Coopers, managed a six person project to move the entire data processing facility from Cleveland to Chicago. With only ten percent of the Cleveland data processing staff projected to make the move, having sufficient documentation to carry on with a new staff after the move became the primary goal of the project. This effort consisted of evaluating current levels of operational and software documentation, setting standards and goals for necessary levels of documentation, evaluating and purchasing software products to automate and help to maintain this new level of documentation, and scheduling and implementing the process.
